Slice Of Fire Neapolitan Pizza Company has been serving authentic
Neapolitan sourdough pizza since 2018.
IT`S NOT OUR JOB – IT`S OUR PASSION !!!
All our pizza`s are handmade with min. 48 hours double proofed, Neapolitan best mix of flour dough, pre-fermented – that`s why We are proudly serving super light, airy and easy to digest 12 inches pizza. We also use only finest, imported Italian ingredients like – San Marzano Vesuvian tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, Extra Virgin Olive oil and many, many more!!!
All baked in dome ovens in min. 430 C for less than 90 sec to create perfect flavour and fragrant in front of Your guests.
We are offering all of this to hire, including our beautiful Airstream , friendly staff, service and mouth-watering Menu prepare by our experienced pizzaiolo`s.

We provide mobile catering for any kind of wedding.
Everyone like pizza so this the best way to feed Your hungry guests at the wedding.
No matter where – We will be there to service our bespoke menu, created for You and with You including Your special requests.
Our modern, stylish & eye-catching Airstream equipped with 2 powerful pizza ovens, can cook 2-3 pizzas in every 3 minutes to be sure all Your guests are fed without waiting long for food. Fairy lights, decorations and gazebo ( not to worry about weather) also included.
Our buffet comes with an optional salad bar, extras as a side & desserts, which is perfect way to fullfil Your requirements.

We usually suggest serving buffet style. That way Your guest can grab a slice as and when they wish of different pizza throughout the service. However if You have any other ideas – please let us know.
We serve our food in a stylish platters with all Your guest need – napkins, plates, individual boxes, cups etc.
For a bad weather we can provide gazebo.
